First the good news. I've gotten some rave reviews on my new single, “Throwing Good Love After Bad Blood”. The Music Farmer 5 blog writes, “A masterclass in emotional storytelling.”  Jamsphere writes. “His ability to craft melodies that touch the deepest recesses of our souls is nothing short of awe-inspiring.”  So far, the song has been streamed over 8,000 times and Spority, and over 1100 listeners have saved the song to their libraries. So, there's a lot to celebrate.

The bad news is that it looks like I have Long Covid. This has been my biggest fear regarding this virus. Even since I got sick at the end of April, I'm tired all the time, and all I feel like doing is sleeping just about all day long. I've been managing  to get in enough productive time on most days to make a couple of promotional posts to social media,  practice a few guitar scales, and a few other things, but most of the time, I'm lying down. It's hard to schedule anything, because I never know when I'll have the energy, so I don't have any livesteeams planned. I had just finished a new song before I got sick that I want to record, but I still haven't gotten started. I haven't been to the gym in nearly 2 months. This not a lot of fun.

The one good sign is that, for a few days last week, I started feeling better, and I even went out to perform a 45-minute set at The Coffee House in Edison, NJ. Then, the exhaustion came back. But if it went away for a few days, it can go away again, and I sure hope it does. If you can send some healing vibes my way, your good thoughts would be appreciated.
